Linux SVGATextMode Command
The Linux SVGATextMode command is used to enhance the display in text mode.
SVGATextMode can be used to set the display in text mode, including resolution, fonts, and refresh rate.
Syntax
SVGATextMode [-t <configuration file>]
Parameters:
- -a If the screen size of the new display mode is different from the original, SVGATextMode will perform the necessary system settings.
- -c Maintain the original VGA clock.
- -d Display detailed information during execution for troubleshooting reference.
- -f Do not execute the font loading instructions in the configuration file.
- -h Display help.
- -m Allow resetting the screen size in a 1x1 manner.
- -n Only test the specified mode.
- -r Notify or reset programs related to screen size.
- -s Display all available modes in the configuration file.
- -t <configuration file> Specify the configuration file.
- -v When configuring a new display mode, SVGATextMode defaults to first checking whether the vertical and horizontal refresh rates are within the range specified in the configuration file. If they are not within the range, it will not set the new display mode.
- The parameter must be the name of a mode in the configuration file.
